VSCCA Log Book

Vintage Sports Car Club of America, Inc

To: All Members

From: The VSCCA Car Classification Committee

Summary of Log Book Program

Log Books should be obtained by mail from the Log Book Coordinator, who maintains a record of and applies the VSCCA seal to each Log Book issued, and sends it to the club member. Although an effort is made to send Log Books to club members as quickly as possible, please allow up to 1 month for turn around. Log Books are not issued at an event, nor is it a good idea to give your information to the Coordinator at an event. Aside from the fact that it might get lost among all of the race gear, you may not have all of the necessary information (e.g., the photographs).

VSCCA Log Book Coordinator:
George Vapaa

Wilmington, DE 19809
Telephone (302) 792-1501 (home)
(302) 593-8321 (cell)

A Log Book will not be issued until the Log Book Coordinator receives a completed Log Book Request Form (including Car Classification Committee and Technical Inspection signatures), along with two photographs (3/4 front view and 3/4 rear view depicting the vehicle in its entirety with your permanent VSCCA number).

Log Books MUST accompany a car through any originality inspections and at all technical and scrutineering inspections at ALL VSCCA events. Any deficiencies, problems, deviations from originality requirements, etc., which are noted in your Log Book should be corrected by the next event. Failure to correct the problem(s) by the next event and have this noted in your Log Book may prevent you from participating at that event.

Any questions of VSCCA car eligibility should be settled before an event or seeking to obtain a Log Book. Contact:
