Is there a place in VSCCA for the second only two seat Pontiac ever made and the only mid engine GM automobile. This car got a bad rap because of a fire problem caused by the installation of the wrong oil stick and incorrect oil level. In 1988 I bought a new Pontiac Fiero (Proud) GT and have owned it ever since. I put approximately 2500 miles a year on this car and have kept in like new condition. Serviced and road ready at a moments notice. It is a survivor and this model was raced successfully in the 80’s.

VSCCA sounds exciting to me, an avid Sports Car enthusiast and a follower of Formula One, Continental Cup, World Sports Car Challenge Cup, Vintage Gran Prix at Watkins Glen, Indy Car. If it has wheels, I am interested. I am now in my 70’s and have waited long enough to get involved, Reflexes are still good, physical condition is that of a 50 year old. Each time I attend a Vintage race at Sebring or Watkins Glen, Lime Rock, Mosport, Mount Tremblant, Road America or any of the fine venues across America or Canada I say to myself, “you should get involved”. So that is what I am doing. Thank you for your attention, Richard.
